OUR QUALITY COMMITMENT

Quality is built into every stage, not checked only at the end.

01

Approved materials

Components are checked against the BOM, drawings and approved supplier requirements before production.

02

Controlled assembly

Work instructions define stripping, crimping, soldering, routing, locking and overmolding requirements.

03

Verified performance

Inspection and electrical testing are selected around the function, risk and validation plan of each assembly.

04

Traceable delivery

Inspection records, labels and packing documentation keep each shipment organized and reviewable.

CONTROL PLAN

Quality controls across the complete assembly flow.

The control plan is adapted to the product drawing, BOM, application risk and customer validation requirements. Each step is documented so engineering and purchasing teams can review the result with confidence.

01

Incoming material control

Wire, terminals, connectors and insulation materials are checked against customer drawings and approved specifications.

02

Process control

Crimp height, pull force, soldering, routing and overmolding are controlled through defined work instructions.

03

100% visual inspection

Every assembly is checked for connector position, locking, labels, sleeving, appearance and workmanship.

04

Electrical testing

Continuity, short-circuit, polarity, insulation and signal integrity checks are selected for the application.

05

Documentation & traceability

Samples, inspection records and packing labels support repeatable delivery and production review.

TESTING CAPABILITY

Evidence for fit, function and reliability.

Testing is selected according to the assembly design and intended application. From standard continuity checks to signal integrity validation, the final plan is confirmed before production.

Continuity & polarity

Confirms every required circuit is connected correctly and helps identify open, short or reversed circuits.

Insulation & dielectric

Supports safe power and high-voltage applications with insulation resistance and withstand checks where required.

Crimp force & pull test

Monitors terminal connection quality and mechanical strength for repeatable wire-to-terminal performance.

Signal integrity

TDR and application-specific checks support high-speed data, shielded and impedance-sensitive cable assemblies.

STANDARDS & TRACEABILITY

Documentation that supports production decisions.

Quality records can be aligned with your inspection plan and shipment requirements. Ask the team about inspection reports, test results, labels, samples and other program documentation.
